Rates are NOT solely determined by square footage. Size and condition are the main factors used to determine the scope of work for any proposed service.
DEEP CLEAN (Initial Deep Clean $250 minimum)
A complete reset of your home to bring it to our standard for maintenance cleans.
- Light/normal condition: Standard pricing $0.25 per sq ft
- Moderate buildup: +10-15%
- Heavy buildup/neglected home: +20-35%
- Extreme cleaning: Customized quote for scope of work necessary to remediate the home.
Heavy pet hair/dander, pet accidents and odor removal, nicotine stain removal, excessive mold and mildew, etc are all factors that affect the price of services.
MAINTENANCE CLEAN
Maintenance cleans are weekly, biweekly, or monthly. This is a recurring cleaning service to maintain deep cleaning results.
EXAMPLE: 2000 sq ft home
- Initial Deep Clean $500 in light/normal condition
- Weekly thereafter $200
- Biweekly thereafter $225
- Monthly thereafter $250
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN
$0.45-$0.55/ SQ FT
Services include intensive cleaning of all interior spaces to include interiors and exteriors of all appliances, removal of all heavy buildup on surfaces, interiors and exteriors of all cabinetry, hand detailing of all doors and windows, light fixtures, ceiling fans, stairways/handrails, etc, air return vents, baseboards, crown molding, wall dusting and washing (ceilings will be dusted), all surfaces cleaned and disinfected.
Nicotine and mold/mildew stain removal will be assessed separately.
Please note: ANY insect or rodent infestations must be treated and certified removed before we will service any property.
POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEAN- BY PHASE
- Rough Clean $0.22/sq ft
Initial debris removal and heavy dust sweep after framing and drywall are complete.
- Final/Detail Clean $0.70/sq ft (New dwelling)
Deep cleaning of all surfaces, light fixtures, vents, and floors before occupancy. Our most intensive cleaning service transitions from the construction process to a sparkling home that welcomes the new homeowner.
- Touch Up/Light Clean $0.12/sq ft
Final dusting/touch up before a client walkthrough.
- Post-Remodel Deep Clean $0.65/sq ft (Exisiting dwelling)
That awful time between the idea and finalization, our Post-Remodel Deep Clean takes the pain out of the process for you. We will combine our Deep Clean with a fine particulate clean to get your entire home reset during and/or post-remodel.
