WASHER AND DRYER DEEP CLEAN $60

This service is a comprehensive clean of the interior and exterior of the washer and dryer. Filters and lint traps are deep cleaned and sanitized.

Interior glass only $12/per standard sized window

Interior glass, frame, sill, and track $20/per standard sized window

Large picture windows $35

*SOME WINDOWS MAY BE TOO HIGH TO SAFELY CLEAN DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS/PROHIBITIONS

Exterior glass, (main level) add $8 per window if they tip out easily from indoors

Exterior glass, (main level) frame, and sill $20/per window if they do not tip out (Seasonal only)

Second story exterior glass only add $8 per window if they tip out easily from indoors

BASEBOARD AND CROWN MOLDING DETAILING

Dust and hand detail baseboards and/or crown molding $0.10/sq ft each (whole home) or as an upcharge per room during maintenance cleans.

CEILING FAN DETAILING $15/EACH Provided they can be reached safely, this is dry dusting and hand wiping process that leaves your fans like new., removing all surface level buildup.

BLIND DETAILING $15 PER WINDOW

Dry dusting and damp cleaning the blind system.

JETTED TUB DEEP CLEAN $50

Jetted tubs harbor bacteria and grime in the jet system. We will clean and disinfect the entire system and hand detail the jets, tub, and fixtures.

ENZYME DRAIN TREATMENT, Whole home $25 (Safe for all pipes and septic systems.)

WHOLE HOME FRAGRANCE $10
